What is your policy for returning an unwanted item?

If you change your mind we accept returns as long as the following conditions are met:

  • You contact us within 14 working days, starting with the day after the delivery date.
  • All items received are returned in original, factory sealed, unopened packaging.
  • It is your responsibility to ensure that your returned items are in appropriate protective packaging.

What is your policy for returning a damaged or faulty item?

If you have received a damaged or faulty item from us you can return it for a repair, replacement or full refund. If an item is used then it will be replaced or repaired. However, if it does not break manufacturing warranty then a full refund can be obtained. Please ensure that there is a definite fault in the item before returning. Returned products should include all accessories that came with it and be kept in its original, undamaged packaging, otherwise you will only be eligible for a replacement.

Return & Refund

You will need a Pre-Paid Return label, for which you will not be liable to pay, unless no fault is found or the item is damaged through user error; in these cases you will be liable for the postage costs. You should return your item from the given courier collection point which, if a Royal Mail Label is sanctioned, can be The Post Office. In case another Courier is used you will be guided to their nearest collection point to drop off your return.

How do I pack and send my return?
To ensure that your refund is processed as quickly as possible, please do the following when packing and sending your product:

 
•    Send the product in its original packaging with all accessories included.
•    Please pack the product so that it will not be damaged during the return shipping process.
•    Include a copy of the delivery note. If for some reason you do not have this, please include inside the parcel your name, address, phone number and order number.
•    Please obtain a certificate of posting from your Post Office as this will act as proof of posting should the item go astray. Failure to obtain this certificate may affect your eligibility for a refund or replacement.

When will my refund be processed?

Your refund may take up to 7 business days from the time we receive your item. The refund will be applied to the payment method that was used to purchase the item.

What is refunded when I return an item?

When you return an entire order you will be refunded the price of the item paid at the time of purchase. However, if you have used our pre-paid return label – which is always a cheaper option for the customer – the label cost will be deducted from your refund unless agreed otherwise.

How do I obtain a replacement item?

If you have received a damaged or faulty item and require a replacement, please message us as soon as possible and one of our very helpful advisers will be able to arrange a replacement/ exchange for you. Once we have received the original item back from you, we will dispatch a replacement from our warehouse. However, if you have specific requirements then please mention these in your message and they shall be taken into notice whilst arranging a replacement.

Important Information about battery charging:

Although all of our products are fully tested, CE approved and feature multiple inbuilt safety mechanisms, we require that you only use USB/MicroUSB mains chargers with an output current of 1 AMP or lower.
Desktop and Laptop computers are approved for USB charging.
Due to their inherent unreliability, we recommend that you never use an in-car USB charger with any of our products.
Failure to follow these guidelines may compromise your battery or mod and lead to premature ageing and even product failure.
Warranty claims will not be honoured if we determine that an inappropriate charger has been used.
